  • HSA/FSA (for services that qualify)

  • Care Credit 

  • Cherry

 

We do not accept checks.

Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Policy

In order to best serve our patients and well as compensate our staff, we require the following levels of notice in advance of your appointment for cancellations and/or rescheduling:

  • Individual- 24 Hours

  • Parties- 5 Days

  • Events- 10 Days

 

Failure to provide the appropriate notice (listed above) will result in the following fees:

  • Individual- $50

  • Parties- $50 per no show or late cancellation

  • Events- 50% of the price of goods and services requested for the timeframe requested.
