Independent Contractors

Our independent contractors are owners of their private small businesses. They rent space in our facility in order to bring new, unique, and needed services to our area. We do not oversee them other than making sure they have the appropriate credentials/licenses to operate their business and to ensure our facility is a good fit for them. All scheduling, payment, inquiries, and feedback should be directed to the respective independent business owner.
