Medical Clinic

A variety of conditions can be treated and managed at this location by a certified family nurse practitioner. 

We do not take insurance, but will provide an itemized statement that patients may submit to their insurance independently for possible reimbursement. We do accept FSA/HSA cards for approved services. Please see the payments tab for a list of forms of other payments we accept. 

Minor illness or injury

  • Upper Respiratory Infection

  • Sore Throat- Lab work needed

  • Urinary Tract Infection- Lab work needed

  • Pink-Eye

  • STD testing and treatment- Lab work needed

  • Sinusitis

  • Ear Infection

  • Minor bites/stings

  • Minor cuts/wounds- Procedure and/or lab work may be needed

  • Joint Injection with corticosteroids (Excluding back, neck & hip)- Procedure needed (See medspa page for injection with PRP, exosomes, or stem cells.)

Laboratory Evaluation- COMING SOON

(This testing is not intended to replace regular PCP visits/guidance, but to aid in evaluating your overall health. Additional labs may be requested and discussed during visits. Panels listed below can be individualized.)

  • Health Panel: CBC, CMP, Cholesterol panel, A1c, Thyroid cascade, GGT, Uric acid, TIBC/Ferritin/Iron, vitamin D, Vitamin B12/Folate, HCV aby, HIV, (add on titers and STD testing for a comprehensive health panel).

  • Biometric lab testing: A1c, Cholesterol panel, Fasting glucose

  • Basic Fasting Health Panel: CBC, BMP, Cholesterol panel, (add A1c and upgrade to CMP for more comprehensive testing).

  • STD testing: HIV, RPR, HBV aby & Ag, HCV aby, urine G/C, Optional-Throat or rectal G/C swab, Optional herpes lesion swab

  • Titers: Measles, Mumps. Rubella, Varicella. Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, COVID-19 Aby

  • Hormones Women: CA125 (if indicated), DHEAS, estradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, Free and total testosterone, urine HCG, serum 17-hydroxyprogesterone, progesterone (luteal phase), serum androstenedione

  • Hormones Men: PSA, morning testosterone, free testosterone, total testosterone, estradiol, SHBG, LH, FSH, prolactin

  • Thyroid: Thyroid Cascade. (Tests TSH and is abnormal will follow an algorithm to test additional labs based on the previous result. Labs that could be tested include: free T4,TPO, free T3)

  • Inflammatory Markers: CRP, ESR

  • Other labs: POCT urinalysis, urine culture, wound culture, POCT rapid Strep, throat culture, POCT COVID-19 antigen, POCT mono-spot, pathology review of tissue, ALT/AST

Simple Dermatological Conditions

  • Acne

  • Skin Screening ("Mole check and sun spot")

  • Athlete’s Foot

  • Nail Fungal Infections- Lab work needed

  • Warts- Procedure needed

  • Skin Tags- Procedure needed

  • Rashes

  • Skin lesion evaluation- Possible procedure, lab work, and/or referral needed

  • Foot Care- Procedure (Callus/corn paring, toenail trimming, wedge resection ingrown toenail, other...)

General Medical Examinations & Wellness Services

Medications and lab work are not included in the prices listed above.


Medications (unless otherwise specified) will be sent to pharmacy of choice.


Point Of Care Test (POCT) LAB PRICES: TBD; variable

Send out labs will be payable to our lab vender, _TBD__, who can submit charges directly to your insurance, or you can use another form of payment if you desire. If you submit to insurance, you will be responsible for any remaining balance owed to the lab vender that is not covered by insurance.
