Jessa's Botox Party February 10, 2024 at 10:00 am Jessa's House All guests must be registered by 2/6/24 at 11:30 pm to attend. $50 deposit due at time of registration: Refundable for cancellations prior to 2/5/24. Non-refundable 2/5/24 and after.

Cancellation Policy

In order to best serve our patients and well as compensate our staff, we require the following levels of notice in advance of your appointment for cancellations and/or rescheduling: - Individual- 24 Hours - Parties- 5 Days - Events- 10 Days Failure to provide the appropriate notice (listed above) will result in the following fees: - Individual- $50 - Parties- $50 per no show or late cancellation, or 50% of the price of the goods or services requested (whatever is greatest). - Events- 50% of the price of goods and services requested for the timeframe requested.
