Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Policy

In order to best serve our patients and well as compensate our staff, we require the following levels of notice in advance of your appointment for cancellations and/or rescheduling:
Individual- 24 Hours
Parties- 5 Days
Events- 10 Days

Failure to provide the appropriate notice (listed above) will result in the following fees:
Individual- $50
Parties- $50 per no show or late cancellation
Events- 50% of the price of goods and services requested for the timeframe requested.
